Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a timely manner
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory management
- Complete accurate documentation of daily operations and inventory counts
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed to meet operational goals
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
