Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move, locate, and stack inventory.
- Load & Unload:** Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Inventory Management: Accurately record inventory movements and maintain organized stockpiles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver's License.
