Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and accurately
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Document transactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Team player with strong communication abilities
