Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Perform inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and organize warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies and operational needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Forklift Certification) is required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
