Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, stack, unstack, and distribute product.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, railcars, or conveyors.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklift equipment and work area.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with palletizing and shrink-wrapping orders for shipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
