Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Perform regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and logging of stock movements.
- Clean and organize the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet shipping deadlines and order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
