Responsibilities
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack customer orders according to specific shipping guidelines and ensure all items are properly labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep packing stations organized and the warehouse floor clean and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and reading labels.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctual attendance.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
