Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on forklifts to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class I, II, or III) with a valid license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping documentation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
