Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Class 1, 3, or 4) and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all material handling equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and document all stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Assist with the preparation of orders for shipment and staging.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying temperatures.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
