Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select merchandise and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
- Experience: None required. We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous when scanning barcodes and counting stock.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
