Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload shipments, organize inventory, and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs immediately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Operate in both Baltimore, MD and Florida locations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends for overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel between Baltimore, MD and Florida locations
