Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials with precision and care.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, stocking, and organization.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
