Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials efficiently
- Execute inventory control procedures using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift endorsements (Class 1-3 preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
