Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Prepare shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials and sealing boxes securely
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized workstations in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors immediately
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop additional warehouse competencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
