Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within warehouse
- Load/unload trucks and containers with attention to weight distribution
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
