Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and order picking processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
