Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock organization within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Ensure the warehouse adheres to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain via on-site training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are required.
