Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers according to safety protocols.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies strictly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (dock doors) and flexible shifts.
