Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Sit-down, Reach, Order Picker) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Valid certification required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
