Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.)
- Verify order completeness and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized and efficient packing station
- Adhere to safety protocols and inventory procedures
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse
