Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to safety guidelines and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts as required.
- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment before and during shifts.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CPL) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
