Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts efficiently.
- Prepare, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as sit-down forklifts and order pickers safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but training provided).
