Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organized warehouse storage.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Clean and organize work areas to maintain a professional environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
