Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to/from dock areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Operate inventory management software to track stock levels and update records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace to prevent accidents.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping and distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidate).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
