Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks accurately, ensuring proper placement of cargo.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and operational goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift License or CDL preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, safety orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of reliability.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
