Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by staging and organizing stock according to location codes.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA compliant) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Class C).
