Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, adhering to shipping labels and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S principles.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CP/CF or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
