Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
