Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Stock inventory and organize warehouse shelves according to established safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy of all orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a logistics environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
