Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against digital manifests and tagging items appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working condition before operation.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process to ensure timely delivery of orders to clients.
- Follow all safety regulations strictly to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
