As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Organize inventory, stock shelves, and maintain accurate records of stock levels using our WMS.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of goods for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP, CF, TF, or equivalent certification).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly preferred.
