Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage products.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper tagging, shelving, and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
