Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders for accuracy and inspect for damages.
- Prepare products for shipment and maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and warehouse regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and optimize storage layouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
