Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately document inventory movements and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
