Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling stock appropriately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and storage areas to optimize space utilization.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFL, OSHA, or equivalent) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
