Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack inventory with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and operational paperwork.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
