Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to strict weight limits and safety protocols.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization in the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions precisely.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
