Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFL, CLS, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
