Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation procedures.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of potential hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including order picking and packing.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (valid for Counterbalance and Reach Trucks).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
