Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with 5S standards.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Accurately count, scan, and stock inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of operations.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CDL or equivalent).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
