Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily for safety issues before use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and organizing warehouse spaces.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
