Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (valid forklift certification required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
