Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely drive and maneuver forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers, ensuring cargo is secure.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No prior forklift experience required – we provide training!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
