Key Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and damage before packaging.
- Ensure all items are labeled correctly and packaged securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
- Load and unload trucks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and operating systems.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
