Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision and speed to ensure timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse organized and ensure aisles are clear for safe navigation.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
