Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and merchandise using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily KPI targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts (if certified) and other warehouse machinery responsibly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible start times.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Forces: Valid Driver's License is a plus.
