Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely drive and maneuver forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to transport materials.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and document any discrepancies.
- Packaging: Prepare and pack products for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- Age & Status: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and Social Security card.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Attitude: High level of reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- No Experience: Previous forklift experience is not required; we will train the right candidates.
