Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Accurately pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift certification (Must be present for interview).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
