Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory records and update tracking systems
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment and loading
- Conduct quality checks on received materials
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
