Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform routine safety inspections on all equipment before and after each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must provide valid certification or willing to obtain).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or Commercial preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
